Walk as your children

A young fox cub walking upright through tall grass with its tail held high like a small banner, clearly belonging to the fox family line behind it in the distance.

Our Father, let us walk as your children today. Let knowing that we belong to you fill us with a healthy self-respect that keeps us from wrong. Let our lives be as glorious as the family we belong to. Let us walk as children of God. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.
