Arm us with grace

A small snail with a soft vulnerable body is shown being gently fitted into a sturdy little shell offered by an unseen hand, armour given rather than earned.

Lord, we know how weak we are and how quickly we turn away from you. So don’t let Satan use his power and spite against us, because we can’t stand up to his attacks on our own. Always arm us with your grace, and help us by your Holy Spirit in every kind of temptation. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Ephesians 6:11 (BSB)
