The steep path

A mountain goat climbing a steep zigzag path with sure footing, small and unbothered by the incline.

Thank you, holy Father of glory, Father who is kind, always loving and always powerful, for all the plenty, kindness and rescue you give us when we need it. Whatever comes to us as your children, in our share, in our lot, in our path, seal it to us with the rich gifts of your hand and the joyful blessing of your mouth. On the steep path of our everyday work, whether it’s easy or hard for us, bright or dark to follow, let your own perfect guidance be on us. Amen.

He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for the sake of His name.
