Bless our daily work

Lord, please bless our daily work, so we do it with faith and with all our heart, as for you and not for people. All our powers of body and mind are yours, and we want to give them to your service. Make them holy, and the work they do. Don’t let us be lazy, but eager in spirit. Bless our efforts so they grow true wisdom in us. Teach us to look for truth and help us find it, but let us always speak the truth in love. While we learn about earthly things, let us know you and be known by you, through your Son Jesus Christ. Give us your Holy Spirit today, so we’re yours, body and spirit, in all our work and all our rest. Amen.
