Seek your kingdom

A small sunflower in a plain pot turning its whole face toward the sun, roots visible pushing toward a single buried key in the soil, showing a life seeking what matters most and trusting the rest to be given.

Lord, please help us always to look for your kingdom, and to seek what is right in your eyes. And whatever you see that we need, be merciful and give us plenty of it. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

Matthew 6:33 (BSB)
