Fight for us

A small shield lies on the ground, but a single sturdy arm reaches down from outside the frame to hold it up and over a tiny figure crouched beneath.

God, you save us, and we ask you now: beat down the wrong in us. Only your almighty arm can defeat it. We look to you for the victory. Fight for us and fight in us, so we can be more than conquerors through the one who loved us, Jesus Christ, our only Lord, who saves us. Amen.

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
