Doers of the word

Lord and Master, Jesus Christ, eternal Word of the Father, you became like us in every way except sin, to save the human race. Help us to be not only hearers of your words, but doers of them too, and to bear good fruit, thirty and a hundred times over, so that we reach the kingdom of heaven. Let your compassion come to us quickly, because you are our good news, you who save and guard our souls and bodies. All glory is yours. Amen.
The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
