Morning prayer · 24 January
That’s enough for us

God, we don’t know what will happen to us today. We only know that nothing will happen that you haven’t seen ahead, decided, wanted and arranged, and that’s enough for us. We worship you. In the name of Jesus Christ, and trusting in all he has done for us, we ask for patience in all our suffering, for hearts that fully accept everything you want or allow, and for guidance in everything we take on. We ask it for your glory. Amen.
Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.
