All kinds of people

God, you made all people and you keep them going. We humbly pray for people of every kind, in every situation: make your ways known to them, and your saving power to every nation. Especially, we pray for your Church everywhere. Let your good Spirit guide and lead it, so that everyone who calls themselves a Christian is led into the way of truth, and holds the faith together in one spirit, bound by peace and living right. Finally, we put into your fatherly care everyone who is troubled or distressed in any way, in mind, body or circumstances. Please comfort and help them, each in what they need. Give them patience in their suffering, and a happy way out of all their troubles. For Jesus Christ’s sake. Amen.
