Made in your image

A single eye drawn as a mirror held up by a small hand, reflecting a tiny landscape of mountains, trees, and stars inside it, showing how we carry God's image in miniature.

Almighty God, you made us in your image and gave us so many good gifts to enjoy. By your Holy Spirit, help us use these blessings for your glory. Give us a deep, worshipful respect for everything you’ve made. Pour into our hearts real love for everyone who’s called by your name. Wake up our souls so that we always know you’re here, and day by day make us more ready to see you as you are in heaven. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
