Glory for sleep

Glory to you, Lord, glory to you. Glory to you for giving me sleep, to restore my weakness and to rest this tired, restless body. For today and every day, please give me a good, holy, peaceful, healthy way through, free from sin. Forgive all my sins and all my wrongs, Lord. Give our souls what is good and right for them, and give peace to the world. Help me turn from sin and live a disciplined life for the rest of my days, with health and peace to the end. Whatever is true, honest, just, pure, lovely and well spoken of, anything good, anything worth praising: give me thoughts and actions like these, Lord. Amen.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think on these things.
