King in Damascus. At war with Israel, on and off.

King of Aram, ruling from Damascus, with thirty-two kings who march when I march. I besieged Samaria twice, lost to Israel twice, and once walked out of hiding into Ahab’s chariot. Later I sent my commander Naaman to Israel with a letter.

If there’s enough dust left of Samaria for every one of my men to get a handful, the gods can do their worst to me.

Every time I plan where to set up camp, the king of Israel knows and stays away. Which one of you is working for him?
