Centurion. Waiting for Peter.
Roman officer, a centurion with the Italian Regiment, based in Caesarea. I’m not Jewish, but my whole household and I worship the God of Israel. I pray, and I give to people in need. Then an angel said my name.

He came. Asked why I’d sent for him, so I told him about the angel. And there we all were, in front of God, ready to hear whatever the Lord had told him to say.
