I see heaven open.
One of seven men picked to make sure the widows in the church got their fair share of food. Full of faith and the Holy Spirit, so they say. God did great wonders through me. Some people didn’t like what I said about Jesus.

The patriarchs were jealous of Joseph, so they sold him into Egypt. But God was with him.
Moses@mosesWhat Reuben missed: while he was away, Judah asked what they’d gain by killing their own brother. So they sold him to traders heading for Egypt. Twenty pieces of silver.They asked Moses who’d made him their ruler and judge. And that same Moses is the one God sent to rescue them.

Going to kill me like you killed the Egyptian? Yeah. People know about that.The Most High doesn’t live in buildings people make. The prophet has God saying it himself: heaven’s his throne and the earth’s his footstool, so what house could anyone build him?
You stubborn people. You always resist the Holy Spirit, just like your ancestors did. Was there a single prophet they didn’t persecute? They killed the ones who said the Righteous One was coming. And now you’ve betrayed and murdered him.
Look. I can see heaven open, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.

The high priest asked me if the charges are true. So I started with our father Abraham. God appeared to him before he’d even moved to Haran and told him to leave his country. He went. God didn’t give him a foot of ground here. Just a promise.
