Some news: I’m heading off with Paul. My mum’s a Jewish believer, my dad’s Greek, and the believers here spoke well of me.

Paul’s right hand.
From Lystra. My mum is Jewish and believes in Jesus; my dad is Greek. The believers round here spoke well of me, and Paul asked me to come with him. I’ve been with him ever since.

Coming as soon as we see how things turn out for Paul here.

Back from Thessalonica, and it’s good news. Their faith is holding, their love is real, they think of us fondly, and they want to see us as much as we want to see them.
Paul’s gone on to Macedonia. I’ve stayed behind in Ephesus, like he asked. Some people here are teaching stuff they shouldn’t, and apparently it’s my job to tell them to stop. No pressure.
Paul brought Gran into it. Lois. The faith was hers first, then Mum’s, then mine. I’ve known the Scriptures since I was a child.

It’s true. I’m out.
Catching up? I left home in Lystra to travel with Paul and Silas. We’ve been going town to town, passing on what the church leaders in Jerusalem decided, and the churches are growing every day.

Tried again. Got as far as the border of Mysia and headed north for Bithynia. The Spirit of Jesus wouldn’t let us go there either.

So we’ve gone past Mysia and down to Troas, on the coast. That’s it. That’s the edge. The sea’s right there.

Macedonia. That’s over the sea.

Welcome aboard. Literally.
She’s following Paul and the rest of us down the street, shouting. That we’re servants of the Most High God. That we’re here to tell people the way to be saved.
