Went to meet Elijah. Asked him: is that you? The one who’s been troubling Israel?

Son of Omri. King of Israel. Married Jezebel.
King of Israel in Samaria for twenty-two years, after my father Omri. I built an ivory house, a temple for Baal, and cities across Israel. I called Elijah the troubler of Israel. He said the trouble was me. I called him my enemy. When I don’t get what I want I go to bed and don’t eat.

Tell him: the one putting his armour on shouldn’t boast like the one taking it off.
If there’s enough dust left of Samaria for every one of my men to get a handful, the gods can do their worst to me.Offered him a better vineyard. Or money. He said no. I’m not giving you my vineyard. Gone to bed. Not eating.
The king wants my vineyard. It’s next to his palace in Jezreel and he wants it for a vegetable garden. He offered me a better vineyard, or the price in silver. God forbid I hand over what my family has passed down for generations.Replying to @micaiah
What did I say? Never anything good about me. Only bad.
Obadiah, who runs my palace, and I are going out ourselves. Every spring, every valley. If we can find some grass we can keep the horses and mules alive, and we won’t have to kill any of the animals.
