The youngest. Dad’s right hand.
Jacob’s twelfth son and Rachel’s second. My mother died having me on the road near Bethlehem. She called me Ben-oni, son of my sorrow; Dad called me Benjamin, son of my right hand. Joseph is my only full brother. After he was gone, Dad kept me close. Very close.
